For almost every project, we look at our customers business challenges several lenses:

  • Business Processes: Customer Journey(s), lead and sales flow process, AI, etc.
  • Technology Integrations: Marketo or Hubspot, Salesforce and other parts of the marketing and technology stack
  • Living Ecosystems: Customers, Prospects, Employees, Alumni (company’s), Ex-Customers, Partners and more

Each one of these is impacted by ‘data.’ We believe it is not a question of big data or small data. There’s always been data. Today, there is just more of it.
